Kinrante-Kakuhachi by Kutani-Bitoen

The Kutani-yaki Kinrande Kakubachi is a type of traditional Japanese Kutani ware. Kutani-yaki is a style of pottery from Ishikawa Prefecture, renowned for its vivid colors and intricate decorations. The term *Kinrande* refers to a decorative technique that prominently features gold and red hues in detailed, ornate patterns, often depicting flowers, plants, and birds in a lavish style.

 

The Kakubachi part refers to the shape, meaning it’s a square or rectangular bowl. These Kutani ware bowls are often used for serving special dishes on festive occasions, adding an elegant, traditional Japanese aesthetic to any table setting.
