Created by a modern master, recipient of the Medal with Yellow Ribbon, a Tobe Yaki style pottery from Hachizui kiln by Yasuhiko Shiragata.
There are two bowls in the photo, but the listed price is for 1 bowl.
Reference Size: Diameter approx. 13.5~14.5cm, Height approx. 7cm
Please note that since each piece is handmade, the sizes may vary slightly.
Other than coffee, the cup can be used for soup, as a dessert cup, or for a variety of purposes.
Mr. Shiragata’s tableware is versatile because it is simple. 
It can be used for a variety of purposes including: Cafe au lait, salads, soups, rice bowls, ochazuke (rice with green tea and broth), fruit and yogurt, granola and other cereals, desserts, etc.
